Recording, sharing, reproducing, publishing, or distributing any engagement materials without prior written consent is prohibited.

4. Earnings and Outcome Disclaimer
We make no guarantees regarding revenue, profit, business growth, client acquisition, financial performance, operational outcomes, or any measurable result.
Any testimonials, examples, demonstrations, case studies, or success stories represent individual experiences and should not be interpreted as typical or guaranteed outcomes.
Your success depends on numerous factors beyond our control, including your implementation, market conditions, business model, prior infrastructure, competition, skills, and decision-making.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your invoice, proposal, engagement letter, or written agreement.
Payments made are non-refundable once an engagement has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation of a scheduled session must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session without rescheduling.

5A. Client Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that you retain sole responsibility for all business, operational, financial, legal, marketing, hiring, investment, and strategic decisions made before, during, or after any engagement with Celestial Operator.
Our role is to provide strategic guidance, frameworks, analysis, educational content, and recommendations.
Implementation remains entirely your responsibility.
You are responsible for independently evaluating all recommendations and obtaining professional advice from qualified specialists where appropriate.
Celestial Operator shall not be responsible for any losses, liabilities, claims, damages, costs, or expenses arising from decisions made by you or your business.

6. Refund Policy
Celestial Operator engagements are bespoke advisory services delivered through direct one-to-one work.
Due to the nature of this work and the time commitment involved, all sales are final once an engagement has commenced.
No refunds, whether full or partial, will be issued after commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If Celestial Operator is unable to deliver an engagement due to circumstances within our control, a refund, credit, or alternative resolution may be offered at our discretion.

7. Testimonials

10. Registration and Security
If you are granted access to a private portal, dashboard, client area, or restricted resources, you agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials.
Prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Notify us promptly of suspected security breaches.
You remain responsible for activity conducted through your account.

10A. Session Recordings
Where lawful and appropriate, Celestial Operator may record advisory sessions, workshops, strategy calls, training sessions, or related communications for purposes including:

Documentation
Quality assurance
Internal training
Operational improvement
Recordings will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may not record, reproduce, distribute, publish, or share any session or materials without prior written consent.

The client relationship becomes unsuitable.
Continued work would compromise our standards.
If terminated by us without cause during an active milestone, a pro-rated refund may be considered at our discretion.
If terminated due to a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued.
